I have noticed several properties listed as for sale or bank owned, etc, and after checking other sources I find that the property is not for sale, as well as other incorrect information. This is not acceptable and I end up wasting a lot of time following up on properties I find on RealtyTrac.
I am thinking of stopping my subscription. I don't know how often the data is updated, but there are items that have been listed as bank-owned and for sale for months, and I know they are not. What is the point in paying for info that is incorrect?
